Pandan is a tropical plant with long thin leaves which are bright green in colour.

斑蘭葉又叫香蘭,是熱帶植物,葉片呈鮮綠色、柔韌扁長。

Although they are commonly used for their colour in traditional desserts and modern tea, the butterfly-pea flower is also useful to improve eyesight and improve hair growth. It contains proanthocyanidin which increasing blood flow to the eyes. It is a natural aphrodisiac, memory enhancer, and an anti-stress agent. Butterfly pea also promotes normal urination and boosts cognitive functions.

Both the leaves and petals of the plant are packed with nutrition containing high levels of vitamin C. They have the ability to improve the immune system, tackle sore throats as well as bacterial or fungal infections. These plants also contain high amounts of manganese, iron, flavonoids and beta-carotene. In traditional medicine, they are used to treat hair loss.

Just one teaspoon of oregano can fulfil 8% of your daily vitamin K needs. It can help fight bacteria, and reduce inflammation. Oregano and oregano oil are high in antioxidants which can help prevent damage to cells. It also has antibacterial properties and may protect against some viruses. Oregano can be easily added to your meals fresh, dried or as an oil.

Dark green leaves are dense, ferny and often strongly scented. Yellow, orange or red flowers have diameter of 1-4 inches and appear rounded or tufted.

深綠色葉子茂密、蕨狀、有濃烈氣味。花呈黃色、橙色、紅色,直徑1-4寸,形狀圓或成叢的。
