Moving On to a Greener Future! 邁向更綠色的未來！
We are finally moving on from the pandemic with f2f learning being almost fully resumed. This year marks the 53rd anniversary of the annual Earth Day as well as the 5th anniversary of our HKU Herb Garden. To maximise the positive impacts of our Holistic Urban Farming projects, we are joining hands with the Caritas Mok Cheung Sui Kun Community Centre (Kennedy Town) to share the joy of green living to our community neighbours.
The theme of Earth Day 2023, “Invest in Our Planet”, reminds people to take actions and put more efforts on combating climate change. We need to chase behind our own footprints to reduce pollutions and environmental damages. In 2023, let’s cooperate together and create the best blessing to the Mother Nature.
To celebrate Earth Day and HKU Herb Garden anniversary, a series of activities about urban gardening, food choices, upcycling and art creation will be organised on Apr 21 & 22. Programme details will be announced later, stay tuned!
經過反覆疫情，港大終於恢復大部份面授課程。今年是地球日53周年，亦是港大香草園5周年紀念，我們將繼續推廣都市種植對身心靈的裨益，更與明愛莫張瑞勤社區中心（堅尼地城）合作，一起與社區鄰里分享綠色生活的樂趣。
地球日2023的主題Invest in Our Planet，呼籲公衆投放更多關注與資源在環保方面的發展上。我們真誠盼望，可與大家共同實踐綠色生活，減少污染與破壞環境，拯救大自然，同時為下一代著想。
一系列關於都市種植、食物選擇、升級再造及藝術創作的活動將會於2023年4月21及22日舉辦，以慶祝一年一度的地球日和港大香草園成立日。活動詳情將於稍後公佈，請密切留意！
