Have dominant flavour; use sparingly with other herbs. Add mint to lamb, dairy, vegetable dishes. Makes delicious teas. Experiment and you will find hundreds of ways to use mint.

Growing Condition 生長條件
Perennial, full sun. Prefers dry, extremely well-drained soil. Do not overwater. Rosemary will die in boggy or wet soil. Prefers warm or hot weather; tolerates down to 10°C if the soil is not too wet.

Uses 用途
A quintessential flavour of Mediterranean cooking. Use leaves, chopped or whole, with meat, potatoes, fish, rice, and breads, or infuse in vinegar or oil. Flowers have a milder flavour.
